Video Aerobics: “Easy Does It”
Attendance is high on Monday mornings for the video aerobics program. The video focuses on toning muscles and provides movements with no-impact. Many excises are done seated in a chair or standing behind a chair. Interested individuals can participate in video aerobics on Thursdays at 9am as well as Mondays at 9am.
Mt. Pleasant Senior Programming Parking
Due to the positive response to our programs we are experiencing some parking issues. When you attend at the Mt. Pleasant Community Inc. building, please use the parking space in front of the old rescue building. We apologize for any inconvenience, but welcome the growing pains!!
