The Administration Department, under the supervision of the County Manager, provides direction and supervision of all departments under the Board of Commissioners’ general control. This office serves as a liaison to the Board of Commissioners, county departments and citizens; oversees the development and administration of the annual budget; develops strategies for improving public services; and coordinates efforts to keep the public informed of county happenings and initiatives.
