Mission: To improve the quality of life of local veterans, their families, and survivors by providing counseling and assistance in seeking Federal and State benefits and services.

Services Provided:

• Advising and assisting veterans and other dependents of veterans in filing for compensation, pension claims and burial assistance.  
• Selecting and preparing proper forms for submission to the Department of Veteran's Affairs and other agencies.  
• Assisting persons in applying for medical benefits and life insurance through the Veteran's Administration or Department of Veteran's Affairs.  
• Assisting children of veterans in obtaining educational benefits to which they may be entitled.  
• Referring veterans and their families to appropriate agencies for help in obtaining information on the various programs.
